Your interviews will be more effective and elicit valuable information from candidates. Then, Raeann Burgo will cover the legalities of the recruiting process - what you can and cannot include in job descriptions and interviews, as well as new considerations specific to COVID. Last, Ellie Pfeuffer will talk about the many resources available to employers through PA CareerLink.
